What you will need to be….
- Experienced as a Head Chef or in a senior position within a gastro pub kitchen
- Experienced in high volume kitchens
- Be comfortable and positive talking with both guests and teams
- Be passionate about using fresh and seasonal produce
- Able to put together and properly cost menus that suit our guests
- Be great at motivating your team, leading by example
- Be organised and have a flexible approach to working hours
- Be great with your kitchen numbers
- Have excellent knowledge of HACCP, COSHH and Food Safety
