What you will need to be….


  • Experienced as a Head Chef or in a senior position within a gastro pub kitchen
  • Experienced in high volume kitchens
  • Be comfortable and positive talking with both guests and teams
  • Be passionate about using fresh and seasonal produce
  • Able to put together and properly cost menus that suit our guests
  • Be great at motivating your team, leading by example
  • Be organised and have a flexible approach to working hours
  • Be great with your kitchen numbers
  • Have excellent knowledge of HACCP, COSHH and Food Safety
