Detailed Job Description

The team at the Moorcock Inn are building the business around sustainable growth and in turn providing jobs to local people. They are passionate about delivering quality home grown produce both within the restaurant at the Moorcock and in the soon to be opened farm shop onsite.
A great opportunity has arisen at Moorcock Inn for someone looking to grow and develop as a chef. Alongside learning the trade, the successful applicant will work towards gaining a Level 2 Commis Chef Qualification.
Duties include:
*Preparation of foods within restaurant
*Cooking and plating up of foods as per specification
*Maintaining a safe and clean working environment
*Preparation of food for private events and functions
*Work amiably with other chefs and managers

Skills Required

Qualifications Required

None required, however, Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process.
