Lv 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship - Sodexo Education Services

Working within the Schools segment at Sodexo you will support a wide range of disciplines including Sales & Marketing, HR, Executive Team, Senior Leadership Team and Health & Safety teams. The successful candidate will provide administrative support and gain experience within a team who are focussed on providing high quality food service to both Independent and Government Schools across the UK.

Providing full administrative support to the Sodexo Schools team. The office base is in Oldbury Birmingham with the potential to work at home on occasion if necessary. The admin team support the UK Schools segment which provide catering services in schools across the country – for both Independent and Government primary and secondary schools and this role will offer the opportunity to assist and learn skills in many areas of the business including, HSEQ, HR, Sales & Marketing, Executive Leadership Team and Office Management. Tasks within this role will be varied, assisting with UK wide mail outs of marketing information, uniforms, raising purchase orders and dealing with any invoicing queries.

Helping to organise meetings, both virtually and face to face within busy work diaries and taking notes and tracking actions at meetings will be required – a good level of written and verbal communication skills is essential. Ordering and tracking usage of office stationery and processing orders for home workers. Arranging travel, flights, train and hotel bookings for various members of the team through the Sodexo booking system. Arranging catering for meetings and ensuring IT equipment is working and ready for use at meetings. Archiving and scanning of documents. All other general ad-hoc duties commensurate with the role.
