The role is for someone to join our team and learn every aspect of running a successful Pub/restaurant. This will involve them learning all front of house duties, kitchen duties, organising events, accounting for all monies in and out of the business and training and controlling staff. It is a lot but when completed they will have all the tools needed to run a good business.

You must have a desire to stay with us long term, progress in the hospitality industry, learn new skills and learn the ways of the trade.

Once fully trained, you will motivate and lead others - coaching and training where you see necessary.

It is critical that you enjoy and maintain our high standards, and are always looking for finding creative ways to attract new customers.

  • Introduction training provided throughout
  • Hours to be discussed after successful trial period
  • Combination of daytime, evening and weekends
  • Candidate must be over 18 years of age.
  • Personal licence training paid for and provided upon long term stay with us
  • Food hygiene certificate upon long term stay with us
  • Cooking and kitchen training (in house)
  • Front of house training (in house)
  • EPOS till system training (in house)
  • Potential to gain an NVQ 3 in Hospitality & leadership
