Detailed Job Description

We are now looking for a highly motivated and driven individual to help grow the hospitality side of this multi-faceted business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast paced, new opening, unique venue which is fast becoming the head office premier hospitality venue.
Working in a brand new, purpose built kitchen, we will cater for the head office staff of a world renowned high street fashion brand, cooking highly innovative food all from fresh ingredients, with modern twists.
You will assisting the Deputy and Head Chef to prepare and cook food and run the operational side of the kitchen this will include: Stock control, Stock rotation, cleaning down of equipment and utensils.
The role will sometimes be customer facing so you will need to demonstrate and develop excellent standards of customer service.

Skills Required

Knowledge of good food hygiene practices.
Must be adaptable, previous experience prefered or must have a passion for good quality food.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
