Tomahawk Steak House serves the finest Himalayan salt dry-aged steaks, Wagyu and other great local meat, fish & vegetarian dishes.
They are looking for a keen apprentice to join their team. Working with the close team at Tomahawk Steak House, a newly opened site. Delivering a high standard of customer service including serving tables, order taking and dealing with payments. Joining this new site, working for an exciting, growing company you will be responsible for all areas of customer service including food and beverage service and creating the best dining experience for their customers. Learning more about hospitality, customer service, team leading and communication skills. Alongside working towards gaining a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Apprenticeship.
Duties to include
• Greeting customers at the table
• Taking orders
• Serving food and drink at the table
• Tidying tables
• Cash handling
• Booking tables
• Working as part of the team
• Adhering to all Health & Safety guidelines
• Providing all customers with great customer service
• Liaising with the kitchen
• Learning how to use the coffee machine

None required, however, Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process.

Things to consider
Can be long working hours including evenings and weekends.
Monday - 12 noon - Sunday 10pm based on a 30 hour week
