Detailed Job Description

This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and enthusiastic apprentice to join our brand new team for the opening of our new, eagerly awaited, restaurant opening in Westgate on sea.
Finbars is a brand new restaurant being built above the, already successful, West Bay Café. It is a family run business expanding to an exciting new venture. The new restaurant will serve high quality British cuisine. You will be managed by an experienced restauranteur with a wealth of knowledge within the industry.
Learn the hospitality trade alongside working to gain a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Qualification at Finbars of West Bay.
Duties to include:
Front of house greeting customers.
Seating customer and taking orders.
Promoting daily specials.
Laying out and clearing tables.
You will be taught how to make cocktails and fresh ground coffee.
Keeping all areas clean and tidy to a high standard.
You could also be called upon to assist in the kitchen with washing up duties.
You will be fully trained in all aspects of this role.

None, however good communication skills are essential
However, Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process.
