Working alongside a supportive team you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of food production and helping with the day to day roles and responsibilities within the kitchen. An exciting opportunity to learn next skills and develop you knowledge within the catering industry. Your role will cover the following;

  • Learn the different procedures of food preparation
  • Prepare ingredients for various dishes served
  • Become confident and familiar with the different equipment in a commercial kitchen learning how to use the equipment in a safe manner
  • Working alongside our chef and assisting in all ways
  • Adding your input into our menu
  • Learning how to handle and store food correctly
  • Food hygiene
  • Stock rotation
  • Ordering food
  • Be creative with food and creating your own dishes
