Legal Services Administrator
Reporting to the Legal Manager (Operations), the role of Legal Services Administrator is a pivotal role in our Legal Services team. We’re looking for an experienced Legal Administrator to join the team, supporting on a range of legal work relating to our contractual agreements with Publicans and tenants. Based in our bright Solihull offices, the Legal Services Administrator will liaise with a number of key areas of the business including field-based operators, legal support, licensing, credit control, sales ledger, compliance, local authorities and solicitors appointed by the Company.
As Legal Services Administrator, your role may include;
- Providing support to the field in the delivery of solutions to disputes.
- Liaison with stakeholders i.e. including field-based operators, legal support, licensing, credit control, sales ledger, compliance, local authorities and solicitors appointed by the Company.
- Reviewing letting histories, tracing previous tenants and researching tenants, guarantors and previous tenants’ assets
- Preparing cases summaries
- Preparing letters before action in relation to in possession debt
- Preparing notices to quit and service of the same
- Administering the process of peaceable re-entry process
- Preparing case files and index sheets
We’re looking for a competent and careful Administrator, used to working at pace with accuracy. You’ll need to prioritise and manage your work, whilst ensuring you’re supporting the Legal Services team in a calm and organised manner.
