Stonegate Group are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join our Managed Estate Recruitment Team. Working within a close team, the Recruitment Officer will be supporting the recruitment of Managers across our estate which includes Slug & Lettuce, Be at One, Popworld, Yates and Walkabout. We’re looking for an experienced recruiter – you know “what good looks like” in hiring for our colleagues and team members, and you can coach managers to make excellent hiring decisions for their team. If you haven’t worked in in-house recruitment, we’ll train you, but you need to be tenacious and driven to ensure that your internal customers always receive an outstanding recruitment service.

No two days are the same in the Recruitment Team - you never know what projects you could be asked to support with, from site support to an assessment day for General Managers!

You’ll hit the ground running, with an extensive induction into the brand format and culture, then use our in-house system and online tools to source, screen and interview candidates for General Manager / Deputy Manager roles, supporting our Recruitment Partners. If you’re familiar with using online candidate databases, making candidate approaches and managing your own vacancies, you need to apply to this role.

The Recruitment Officer role would be perfect for a Hospitality Recruitment Consultant looking for their first in-house role, or a Recruitment Coordinator looking for their next step.

This is a full time remote role, but you must be able to travel as required to our Solihull based offices and other sites across the UK. This role is UK based.
