Level 3 Learning and Development Assistant Apprentice - Holroyd Howe

Overall Objective

To support the Holroyd Howe Learning and Development Department with the coordination and management of the Holroyd Howe Knowledge Centre, including organising courses both virtually and face to face.

To be responsible for the Training Mailbox and to support the Apprenticeship Process

Key Responsibilities

- Be responsible for the Training Mailbox, managing and responding to and/or forwarding queries appropriately

- Implement and follow process for late/failed online training, including course resets and liaising with the learner and line manager

- Communicate with delegates before they attend any virtual or classroom course to ensure they are clear about logistics and any pre-course work and/or post-course work they are expected to complete

- Implement key Knowledge Centre processes including: course reminders, follow-up on non-attendance, course resets and enrolments

- Book venues for face-to-face training, including arranging catering requirements for programmes

- Assisting line manager and team in day-to-day duties on an adhoc basis

- Support with the development and review of online training
