Would you consider yourself outgoing, hard-working and have great administration skills? Then we have the perfect job for you! We are on the lookout for an Operations Coordinator to support and work alongside our brilliant Craft Union Team.

With huge plans to expand the Craft Union Pub Company and put even more brilliant pubs back at the heart of the community, this is a really exciting time for somebody to join the team and grow with the business.

The Operations Coordinator will be supporting our Operations Managers & Regional Managers to ensure we support our pub Operators and offer a great service. Your day could vary from cascading important communications across the Craft Union Pub Company one minute, to helping plan a large quarterly team meeting the next.

With this in mind, we are looking for somebody who can bring their personality to work, is happy to spend time socialising with our pub operators at events and isn’t afraid to get stuck in and help wherever is needed.

The responsibilities of an Operations Support Coordinator include:

  • Supporting team meetings, being present and administering minutes & cascading actions where required
  • Helping with the organisation of quarterly Operator meetings
  • Assisting the Operations Managers with Regional Manager recruitment, planning interviews and inductions
  • Fielding external enquiries & requests from our Pub Support Centre, suppliers etc
  • Supporting our pubs by completing administrative tasks such as:
    • Glassware orders
    • Assisting with council tax queries
    • PHS & Zenith orders
    • First waste queries
    • Orders for pub equipment
    • Sky & BT queries
    • Insurance claims
  • Ensuring that all our company systems are up to date with the correct Operator information
  • Complete legal letters for the Regional Managers ensuring we are compliant at all times
  • Ensuring all policies and processes are documented and correct
  • Assist your line manager with event management and other projects as directed

This role is a hybrid role based in Solihull. However, there will be regular travel required to Divisional Operations Meetings & any other meetings as directed by your line manager.
