The Black Swan Care Group are looking to recruit a Gardener for our Care Homes in Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.

Working hours will be full time - 40 hours per week, 8am - 4pm.

Main duties will include maintaining the gardens and restocking when necessary, ensuring all equipment and tools are well maintained and in good working order. It may also be necessary to aid the care staff when they are assisting those Residents who wish to participate in the upkeep of the garden areas.

The successful candidate will use their own transport/vehicle. Mileage will be paid.
