We have an exciting new opportunity for a CRM Executive to join our Marketing team at Prezzo. Here at Prezzo we've adopted a hybrid working pattern where appropriate and this role will be split between our Head Office and remotely.

As CRM Executive, you will be at the helm of our email marketing strategy, ensuring the right messaging goes out to the right audiences. You will have responsibility for leading the delivery and ongoing optimisation of our email campaign plan covering trading, engagement, loyalty & brand building communications, meeting both customer and business needs. You will have a strong understanding of a customer lifecycle, how to drive customer frequency and be confident with working with data and customer segmentation.

 Responsibilities

·       Drive the CRM email calendar, working with the wider CRM team to ensure comms prioritisation.  You will ensure the email plan provides the intended customer experience, balancing both trading and customer needs effectively

  • Lead the planning, delivery, and ongoing optimisation of the quarterly email campaign plan
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture trading needs, channel targets and communication requests, including these in the email plan
  • Execute the end-to-end process for the delivery of email marketing: briefing copy and creative assets to our external creative agency, building and testing email comms, setting up promotions, creating customer audiences, setting live comms, and briefing ops teams.
  • Work closely with Digital manager to ensure CRM activity is aligned and landing pages are optimised to support the email messaging / journey

·       Plan, build and drive a customer recency, frequency value program to encourage dining frequency.

  • Drive positive database migration (win-back lapsed / at-risk prevention / lead conversion) through email activity
  • Support the CRM team to develop, test, and optimise our use of the segmentation model in email campaigns

·       Be data focused and have the ability to analyse and understand our customer database to drive frequency in visits

  • Build, define and agree audience selections and set them up in our Apteco Faststats platform
  • Develop data-driven hypotheses and validate them through a test and learn approach to optimise performance
  • Track and report on all activity, sharing learnings and insight with the CRM team and relevant stakeholders

·       Keep up to date with latest industry trends, best practices, and strategies to proactively drive email innovation by implementing new ideas into the email plan

 

Essential

·       3+ years’ CRM experience

·       Solid understanding and hands-on experience of email marketing and best practice covering CRM, CRM KPI’s and CRM techniques

·       knowledge of customer segmentation and a flair for tailoring messaging and creative to audience selection

·       Experience of working with Apteco FastStats or similar segmentation, audience builder tool.

·       Experience of working with Salesforce or similar ESP

·       Comfortable working in a fast paced and growing business, able to multi-task and meet tight set deadlines

·       Commercially astute with experience of setting and delivering against targets

·       Good foundation in HTML for email use

·       Experience of test and learn strategies

Desirable

·       Able to understand and build expressions in FastStats tool

·       Understanding of a customer database and experience managing single customer view (SCV)

·       Creative thinker with a track record in defining and delivering solutions to business problems

·       Comfortable writing copy/suggesting briefs

·       Ability to engage and influence business stakeholders
