We are looking for a Chef de Partie for this exciting new opening in a fantastic central west London location. With an intimate 30 cover restaurant where you will be able to make your mark with the potential to develop further in the company.

Our brilliant Executive Chefs have crafted a fine fresh food menu which we are now looking for a Chef de Partie to grab hold of and support their brigade going forward with this scratch cooking concept

Have you got the ingredients we need;

We are looking for an existing Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie who is willing to take that step forward. Someone who has true passion for the plates they serve, excellent at working in a close-knit team and wants to help drive this new collection forward.

• Experience in scratch cooked fresh food
• Responsibility for managing your own section
• Reliable and dedicated to exceeding expectations
• Up to date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations
• Ideally holding level 2 Food Safety qualification
• An ambassador of the company’s values
• Willingness to develop within the brigade
