If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in our newly established, all day dining restaurant Seasons Kitchen. 

Seasons Kitchen is based on a luxury retail park Lavershot Barns in Windlesham, Surrey. The kitchen operates a 7-day shift, whilst the restaurant is open to the public for 6 days and 3 evenings a week. 

We’re a small, experienced and committed team producing modern, classically inspired dishes based entirely around local, seasonal, produce that showcases everything Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire has to offer 

The Responsibilities: 

· Preparing and cooking ingredients and assisting in all sections of the kitchen

· Maintaining high levels of service

· Assisting and monitoring stock, including stock rotation

· Ensuring minimum kitchen wastage

· Managing ingredients; ensuring daily availability 

· Follow the directions of the Head and Sous Chef

· Keeping all working areas clean and tidy and ensuring no cross contamination

· Supporting and supervising junior members of the team 

· Maintain productivity of the kitchen; ensure pace and quality of dishes are upheld throughout service

· Collaborate with other colleagues and seniors

· Ensuring all relevant legislation, systems and controls in relation to health and safety and food hygiene are strictly adhered to at all times
