As our company grows we are looking to hire an incredible Assistant General Manager to lead the team, manage the business operations and deliver hospitality excellence at the newly reopened Greyhound, Finchampstead. 

Salary available up to £36,000 per year, based on a 48-hour week over 5 days.

This vacancy requires a pro active manager to work across all aspects of the site, deputising the general manager and leading the teams. The building is newly refurbished and we are a truly independent, growing company.

The team consists of 20 colleagues and we are looking for a leader with the ability to ensure not only guest, but team satisfaction.

The owners work alongside the operations team to provide full support to the restaurant & bar structure ensuring all the tools and training are provided to focus on driving and growing a successful business.

We need a leader with passion across all elements of the business including service, food and beverage who is highly organised and a keen problem solver.

The annual salary available is up to £36,000 annually
