We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced MIT/General Manager to join us in the Bristol area. You will be required to offer support within our Town & City Division covering our Common Rooms and Town Pub Kitchen sites whilst also offering overall support to the area.
Our TPK (Town Pub & Kitchen) bars are a nationwide collection of independently minded craft pubs. Our passion for all things craft is epitomised by our stone-baked pizzas, perfectly crafted cocktails, extensive gin & craft beer range couple with a strong sports offering. If you love craft pubs with an independent vibe you will love working for this forward thinking and ever growing collective.
Our Common Rooms are a group of independently minded pubs that cater to the young and inspired. Always on top of the latest food & drink trends, Common Room challenges the norm with monthly trials and constantly evolving offer.
Our General Managers are given the flexibility to run their business with an entrepreneurial flair to reflect their location and guest base coupled with the support and operating framework of a large and dedicated support team.
As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity.
