Menu Process Executive

With the new year comes an exciting opportunity for a brand-new role within Stonegate. We are looking for a Menu Process Executive to support the Food Development Team on menu roll out from end to end across the group.

As the Menu Process Executive, you will be responsible for managing the menu change process within the food team ensuring that all deadlines are achieved to support a successful launch of each menu. We are looking for somebody who can successfully manage small projects in a positive manner whilst continually collaborating across departments.

The key responsibilities of a Menu Process Executive are:

• Management of the offer change process timeline for the team’s activities. Scheduling key meetings and ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Management of the food team project tracker.
• Maintenance and ownership of data within our food costing system over the menu lifecycle.
• Setting up new ingredients, alternatives and substitute products.
• Publishing of ingredients, recipes and menus through the approval process.
• Support on the building and role out of digital specifications across all formats.
• Support menu forecasting for new menus.
• Reviewing product usage across format and overall usage across Stonegate.
• Maintaining cost of goods within the food costing system.
• Preparing margin models with new menu data.
• Supporting in the evolution of all elements of the process to drive efficiency.
• Engage with the food development team to create and maintain prep and par reports.

This role is a hybrid role based partly in our Training Academy at Birmingham and partly at home. There will be some occasions where you will be required to work from our Pub Support Office in Solihull.
