The Lyon Inn has an exciting opportunity for an apprentice chef to join their busy kitchen team, learn the trade and gain a Level 2 Commis Chef Qualification.
You will be trained in all areas of the cook line using a variety of cooking methods and ingredients, preparing and cooking to high level of Standard
You will be trained in food hygiene, health and safety and due diligence
You will need to assist the team with the day to day running of the kitchen
Helping with daily and weekly cleaning tasks and schedules

Qualifications Required

None required, however, Maths and English will be assessed as part of the interview process.
You have to be aged 16 years or over and you also need to be a resident in England and not taking part in full-time education.

Future Prospects

You will be working towards a full time role should one be available at the end of the apprenticeship.
