Head Sommelier

Do you have an eye for fine detail and a nose for fine wine?

 As Head Sommelier at Brasserie of Light, you’ll put both to good use in a role that really makes an impact. You’ll be recommending wines and advising your guests on food pairings. Your impressive palate will be the difference between a great meal and a wonderful experience. Working closely with the Bar and Front of House Teams in a diverse, inclusive, and supportive environment, you’ll be responsible for wine and spirits sales and managing our wine stock.
