This is an exciting time to join the Fortnum's Family with plenty going on. We have permanent positions available with the success of Sustainability led restaurant FIELD, this pop up restaurant is being made a permanent fixture at Fortnum and Mason, we are currently looking experieced Front of House Staff within our restaurants, not limited to:
Waiter/Waitress
- Host/Hostess
- Bartender/Barista
- Cloakroom Attendants
- Commis Waiter/Waitress
- Head Waiters and Waiters
- and more!
We expect the successful candidate to have the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrate an authentic and passionate understanding of brand, menus and restaurant service
- Create and deliver an extraordinary customer experience, meeting all targets set
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to think quickly and rationally to ever-changing situations
- Consistently lead by example and work as a team
