Working in a world buffet restaurant, you will have ample opportunitiesto learn different cuisines from Chinese, Indian, Japanese to Continental, livecooking etc. Previous chef experience is not necessary, as training of Level 2Production Chef Apprenticeship will be provided.

Responsibilities

· Organising and preparing for food in a sanitary and timely manner

· Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, keep it clean and tidy

· Work with recipes

· Restock items as required

· Adhere to food hygiene and safety standard

· A mixture of on and off the job training, including workshops and webinars
