Where to start? Probably with our food ethos as that's what we are really proud of (second to our current dream team - they have made us so proud since coming out of lockdown three - but we will be here for ages telling you why we are proud, so lets keep that conversation till we meet in person).

So....our menu's are full of flavour and change every month. Menu's changing so frequently means everyone has a voice in our kitchen and help us create our small but fully fresh menu. We are proud of the quality of our food and our amazing team behind the dishes. Our specials change daily and vary depending on what our suppliers have - we love creating dishes that have a chef's touch. 

Being one of two pubs in the group we are luckily enough to have a very close family bond with each other, this makes work a fun and suportive enviroment. Jack and Millie are in the pubs alot, with Millie running The Swan Inn, Denham on a daily basis and Jack over at The Old Queens Head, Penn. You will even see the pub dogs around too.

We care about our team and want everyone to be one family, therefore it is really important to find future team members with the same love for cracking good pubs. We are looking out for chefs to join our company. To find out more please apply, we will then pick up and phone and start talking.
