We’re a premium gastro business with an ambitious roll out plan over the next couple of years.

Our menu is 100% fresh, our short but seasonal menus will set new standards within the “Gastro Pub” sector and will complement the premium drinks offering such as our exquisite cocktails and premium beers!

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef to assist in leading the Brigade at our newest opening. You will be joining us at the early stages of our roll out programme so there will be an opportunity to shape the way we move forward, utilising the skills you possess to recruit, train coach the growing teams within the businesses.

Who we are looking for:

  • Solid proven “Fresh Food” experience as Sous Chef
  • Strong communicator who is approachable across all levels
  • Reliable and dedicated to exceeding expectations
  • Up to date with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations
  • Proven experience supporting, coaching and developing the brigade
  • Ideally holding level 3 Food Safety qualification
  • An ambassador of the company’s values, always working within the code of conduct
  • Experience with new openings would be an advantage
