Head of Data & Analytics
As Stonegate Group continues to develop, we recognise the need to have credible and useful Data and Analysis to help drive and inform our business strategy. As such, we’re recruiting for a Head of Data & Analytics to take on the management of the analytics function aiming to develop and deliver Stonegate’s data strategy. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, the Head of Data Analytics is a pivotal role for the team.
As Head of Data & Analytics, you will set the departmental vision and culture and will be a champion for the use of data in making key business decisions, as well as understanding customer behaviour. The role will include both setting up the data governance framework, and the analytics strategy and roadmap. You’ll work closely with the whole business to identify and develop insights solutions to create real value and solve business problems, becoming the go-to for every business area’s data driven solutions.
Key to the Head of Data & Analytics role is improving the data literacy of the business. You will need to upskill and educate Stonegate Group on data best practice. You will set up the data governance framework including management of data, operating model, and data policies.
You will play a leading strategic role and lead the Analytics team in strategy development with regard to the collection, manipulation, and analysis of data for various business functions/departments such as Finance, Technology, and the wider business. You will also be directing what architecture is needed to satisfy the Business’ data needs. Key to this role is a deep understanding of the pub and wider hospitality industry, and the impact that data can make on shaping strategy.
