Stonegate Group are the largest Pub, Bar and Club operator in the UK. We currently have an opportunity for an experienced General Manager to join us in the Oxford & Bicester Area.

Due to our ongoing expansion, we are looking to recruit experienced General Managers within the Chester area for our Proper Pubs. Our Proper Pubs are enjoyed by so many of our guests as they sit at the heart of our local communities

Our Proper Pubs are standards driven, community focused businesses that offer a great range of ales, fantastic food and a great sports viewing experience for our guests, not to mention the stellar work that our General Manager and Team Members do to support and drive local community activity.

As a General Manager, you will need to be able to demonstrate great leadership skills and the ability to build a high performing team in order to control, develop and improve all aspects of the business including: P&L, people, standards, legal compliance, service and brand integrity.

We require all our General Managers to hold a Personal License
