Marketing Assistant

Do you have a passion for the hospitality industry?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our small Communications and Marketing Team.

The main responsibilities of the job include:

  • Creating and sending email campaigns for internal and external clients
  • Creating social media campaigns
  • Editing and creating pages on the website
  • Helping plan and run a range of events throughout the year

Desirable skills:

  • Organisation and planning skills
  • A strong work ethic and motivation
  • Use of Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Knowledge of Social Media including Twitter, Instagram, Facebook and Linkedin
  • Email skills
  • A great sense of humour

Additional Skills:

  • Website design and coding
  • Good knowledge of illustrator and adobe creative suite
  • Events management skills
  • Email campaign

The job has many other roles involved, working as a team we help to promote the company and the hospitality industry using graphics and media, and create detailed information that can be digested by our members.

Joining the Marketing team at BII is all about adapting to the job at hand, working as a team and enjoying yourself, working together bringing ideas to the table, turning them into visuals all the way through to the final piece or project. You will be working in a friendly office environment with flexibility to work from home as well at times.

Full Time Job – 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
Holiday Allowance – 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Salary Range - £20,000.00 to £23,000.00 depending on experience.
3-month probation period.
