Resourcing Manager

We are looking a Resourcing Manager to join our HR Resourcing Team based in our Head Offices in Camden, London.

You will work in partnership with our Operations Team to ensure that our Operational roles are filled in a timely manner through a mixture of succession planning, internal talent management and direct candidate attraction. As well as attracting candidates, you will screen and manage the recruitment process from end to end, ensuring a great candidate experience all the way through to on-boarding.

You will need to be comfortable with management reporting and analysis for senior stakeholders, able to communicate effectively with a variety of internal customers through a range of mediums as well as provide innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.

  • Offer management
  • On-boarding
  • Business partnering with our Operations Directors and their teams
  • Liaising with stakeholders to manage the recruitment process
  • Working on other head office vacancies as and when required

The Skills:

Essential

  • Experience of working in a similar position
  • Excellent knowledge of Recruitment / Resourcing process
  • Experience of working with and building strong relationships with senior business stakeholders
  • Ability to influence, challenge and work at pace
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
