Bar Supervisor

Hours: 37 hours per week, normally worked over five days a week on a rota basis and including weekend and evening work in accordance with the needs of the business.

Showroom Workstation is Sheffield’s only media arts complex operating a popular independent café/bar, conference and events facility, four-screen cinema, and creative industries managed workspace.

We are looking for an experienced bar supervisor who is used to working in a busy and varied environment and has a commitment to delivering the highest level of customer care and managing and motivating team members.

The successful applicant will form part of the team that runs the licensed food and beverage function of the Showroom bar and café.   Along with serving first-class food and drink to our customers, our Bar Supervisors work as Shift Managers on a fair rota basis.  This will include opening/closing the building, staff management during shift and keyholding, cashing up and adhering to the timed scheduling of the building, and above all striving to excel in customer service for all our clients.
