Office Manager / Receptionist - Reduced Hours Ideally Flexible working must be in every weekday

 Job Description:

We are looking for someone to join the Prezzo team in our new support centre site in Islington. This is an office-based role.

This is a part-time permanent role. 20-30 hours per week, on a Monday to Friday basis. Depending upon the applications  

The main duties of the role are to: 

·       Ensure the office including reception area, meeting rooms and kitchen are run efficiently on a daily basis and that all compliance and health & safety policies enacted and recorded

·       To ensure that all visitors to the office are greeted in an efficient and professional manner.

·       Warmly welcome all visitors to the offer and inform the relevant team member of their arrival, offering them a drink and informing them of the fire alarm test if applicable. 

·       Check bookings for the meeting rooms and ensure their cleanliness throughout the day.

·       Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.

·       Liaising with courier company in booking couriers ensuring the most cost-effective method, plus maintaining the booking spreadsheet and processing invoices.

·       Ensuring the kitchen and coffee machines are in working order and organising maintenance support when necessary.

·       Maintain and replenish beverage inventory in pantry including stock management.

·       Purchasing of the office stationery where necessary

·       Manage office security passes and keys and ensure leavers give back their passes and are taken off the system.

·       Assist in planning and arranging company events 

·       Liaise with the maintenance team regarding all building related matters.

·       To manage and maintain the fire logbook and statutory health and safety compliance checks/records.  

·       Assist in carrying out a weekly fire alarm test in conjunction with the Islington restaurant team.

·       Manage all contractors visiting the Office 

·       Ensure all H&S records for the Office are kept up to date.

·       Ensure all new starters to the office are correctly inducted on the building and have signed an induction sheet to include fire, emergency routine, first aid etc.

·       To be fully conversant with:

o   Fire & Health & Safety Policy Procedures

o   Group Employment Policies 

o   Disability Discrimination Awareness

First aid and fire safety training preferable.
