Mowgli Street Food, one of the UKs top employers of 2021 are looking for a Head Chef to join the family!

Mowgli was founded by celebrity chef Nisha Katona, recently seen winning Cooking with the Stars and is an upcoming judge on Great British Menu. Mowgli started in the family home and we want you to feel right at home with Mowgli too!

In a Head Chef, we are looking for:

• A drive to maintain a smooth running kitchen focusing on delivering dishes of the highest standard in a reasonable timescale , with a keen eye for identifying any areas requiring improvement and developing talent,
• The ability to plan rotas in line with budget and forecasts,
• An effective communicator keep everyone up to date with company strategy, results and updates,
• Confidence in driving sales and profit through the quality of food service,
• Unparalleled time management with product ordering and delivering objectives set out by the business.
