Our client, a groundbreaking global F&B brand whose people are at the heart of what they do is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as the Head of HR.

We are looking for a hands-on leader with the ability to build great rapport and relationships with people, to help steer the business to delivering and embedding values which help build an engaging people culture.

Your core focus will be helping to attract, challenge and motivate our people. This is done with exceptional communication, coaching and your ability to strategically project manage with great tact. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

People are our most important asset and you’ll be the one to ensure we have a happy and productive workplace where everyone works to realize our established mission and objectives.

· Promoting the company values and shaping a positive culture is a vital aspect of the role

· You will be required to lead our teams through the values of the business, you are a hands-on leader and work with your teams closely to drive team moral. You ensure that they feel valued, and inspire them to value teamwork and good communication

· You will work with all heads of Department and teams to build a healthy sustainable culture

· Development and delivery of people strategy to support company targets and ambitions

· Manage and develop recruitment and retention strategies

· Develop a proactive HR infrastructure with the people team

· Actively engage in an enabling relationship with key business partners and line managers, enhancing a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement

· Enhance employee communications including supporting leadership communications, the latter of which may be group wide

· Own, communicate and manage an annual performance review cycle that drives high performance

· Improve leadership capability through coaching and support

· Support and manage restructures to maximise growth, productivity, and engagement

· Support and challenge succession planning

· Measure, analyse and control key people metrics across the company

· Arrange and deliver international training plans for new site openings and partner visits into the UK

· Manage our E-Learning training platform. This includes setting up new territories, keeping all documents up to date and auditing it to ensure that all partners are compliant with brand expectations

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

· Proven strong experience in HR People and Culture or similar roles within the F&B / hospitality / restaurant industries

· A passion for improving upon existing HR infrastructure

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to plan, prioritize and manage time effectively

· Computer skills: MS Office, Windows / Mac

· Systems experience, beneficial but not required: Flow Hospitality, Food Alert, Polaris, Sage

· Tertiary qualification in a related field (certificate / diploma / degree) would be beneficial but not a requirement

· Proven experience developing and implementing new processes and strategies

· The ability to coach, mentor and solve operational and strategic issues with a commercial approach

· Willingness to sign confidentiality agreement and protect trade secrets

· Must be aware and sensitive to different cultural sensibilities - we work with an international team and audience
