Senior Sous Chef

As Senior Sous Chef you will work alongside our Executive Chef catering for a range of outlets across our luxury property including our 2 Rosette fine dining restaurant, Lounges, Forest Brasserie, Room service and Banqueting.

Senior Sous Chef Attributes/Experience:

  • Enthusiasm, dedication and a genuine passion for food
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and develop a team
  • Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to multitask and maintain quality levels at all time
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • NVQ level 2 or 3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent is desirable
