We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist to join our highly successful team here at Firmdale Hotels. To be successful in this role you will need to be confident and an engaging communicator ensuring inspirational service is delivered to our guests. Working as part of our front office team, you will be expected to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, organisational and interpersonal skills.
This role gives you the opportunity to learn and develop, with the potential to progress within the company. We are looking for a receptionist who is customer focused, demonstrates warmth and impeccable personal presentation. This is a hands on, operational role and will suit someone who likes working with ambitious, friendly and hardworking people in a down to earth setting. To make your life working in hospitality easier, we are proud to offer straight shifts, 5 days out of 7. No split shifts to worry about! As standard, you will work 40 hours per week on a flexible rota, where some weekends will be required. Overtime is paid in addition.
