The Opportunity

We have a variety of opportunities on offer for qualified and experienced Chef’s who have a genuine passion for food, working with locally sourced ingredients and are committed to delivering outstanding dishes across our diverse portfolio of venues.

We are seeking Chefs of all levels including Chef, Chef de partie, Commis Chef and Head Chef. As part of the kitchen team, you will be a hospitality professional who can uphold the responsibility for the cost-effective management of the kitchen to maximise food profitability, whilst ensuring food safety standards and total guest satisfaction. 

  • Supporting the kitchen team in a hands-on manner, ensuring consistent food quality
  • Contributing to innovative menus
  • Maintaining current knowledge on food trends and competitors
  • Upholding service standards to exceed guests expectations
  • Maintaining safety & hygiene standards of the kitchen

About you

If you enjoy variety in your day and are passionate about food preparation and presentation as well as delivering quality dishes with a flair - then we will have an opportunity for you! To be successful you must have:

  • Previous experience as a Chef in a similar fast paced environment
  • Trade qualified
  • A hands-on attitude with proven leadership qualities and ability to work well in a team
  • Effective communication skills with hotel staff, management and suppliers
  • Computer literacy with strong administration skills is desirable
  • Flare, enthusiasm and passion to create quality dishes
