Our Assistant Managers are the key support to our General Managers and to Greene King's success, our pubs simply couldn't run without them! As an Assistant Manager you will be responsible for driving sales, promoting & growing the business, as well as developing & motivating your front of house team to be the best they can be.

Our Assistant Managers come from many different backgrounds. Perhaps you are already a successful Assistant Manager in hospitality, retail or other fast paced industry, or an established team leader ready for the next step.

Situated in Edinburgh's Grassmarket, the White Hart is known as the 'Haunted' pub which claims to be the city's oldest. With live music nights, real ales and Scottish food, this pub is full of character and we are looking for an assistant manager with a character to suit !
