Food and Beverage Manager

Food and Beverage Manager Key Responsibilities

• Be responsible for motivating a large team.
• Communicating with the restaurant, kitchen and other departments to ensure standards are met.
• Be well organised and an excellent communicator.
• Have knowledge of stock taking and financial awareness.
• Be a team player with a resilient and confident personality.
• Have proven experience as a head of department within a food and beverage department or a similar size high-quality establishment.
• Possess a ‘can do’ attitude, attention to detail and be able to use their own imitative.
• Working hours as required include evenings and weekends. You will also be required to carry out duty management shifts and sometimes may include sleeping at the hotel.
• Assist with recruitment, training and performance management.
