 Spa Attendant - About you 

  • Experience in housekeeping, cleaning or laundry is desirable
  • COSHH training would be advantageous
  • Be 18 years old or over due to shift timings
  • Available to work shifts on weekdays and weekends
  • Drive and passion to seek out opportunities to go above and beyond for our guests
  • Confidence, enthusiasm and passion for your work and communication with guests and colleagues
  • A keen eye for detail, organisational skills and a flexible attitude

Aim of the Spa Attendant role

To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the spa and fitness areas

Responsibilities of the Spa Attendant role

  • Take pride in checking and cleaning changing rooms and swimming pool areas throughout the day
  • Assist the fitness instructors in cleaning all fitness equipment when requested
  • To assist spa guests and members with any queries and requests where possible and referring to the spa management when required
  • Ensure a continual supply of clean towels and robes are available to members and guests
  • Ensure fresh water and amenities (including shampoos and shower gels) are in plentiful supply
  • Conduct pool testing regularly
  • Monitor and maintain pool water records and file appropriately
