People & Culture Assistant - Main Responsibilities

  • To process all documentation relating to employees in a timely manner. 
  • To support the People & Culture Partner
  • Support the team with HR queries.
  • To support and assist in the organisation of staff events and awards.
  • To assist with updating policies and procedures in line with changes of employment legislation.

People & Culture Assistant - About you 

As our People & Culture Assistant, you will have/or be studying for a Level 3 CIPD or hold relevant experience for the role and a desire to increase your knowledge.

In your current or past role you will have been responsible for a range of administrative duties Experience in a hospitality background would be ideal, but the right attitude and pace to keep up with your every changing business is key!
