Prezzo are looking for an Administrator to join our expanding Facilities and Estates team. This is a new role supporting the maintenance of our estate liasing with contractors, General Manager and Operations managers to maintain the existing estate and to ensure the compliance of each site    

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) Administrator to join our growing team to support restaurant sites. The purpose of this role is to support the day to day administration of the PPM Contracts. Tasks will include, but not be limited to assisting with the execution of the planned maintenance schedule, assist in the development of a new asset management system, provide updates to the asset management system, attend weekly team meetings, ensure a prompt resolution to any queries or complaints, attend site visits and ensure costs are tracked accurately. You will also build and maintain effective working relationships with all managers, operatives, the client and supply chain.


What are we looking for?

We are keen to speak to candidates with previous experience in a similar administration role. It would also be an advantage if you have knowledge of maintenance regimes or quantity surveying practices and processes, however these are not essential requirements. You will have good communication and IT skills and also be organised whilst being able to manage a busy workload effectively
