Bakery Hospitality Team Member - COFFEE & CREAM

• To provide and deliver the highest levels of customerservice to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction across the bakery/café;
• To assist and support other staff and managers in providinga top-class customer service, and provide an efficient front of house service;
• Ensure all customers are treated in a professional manner,taking orders promptly and answering queries;
• Ensuring all areas in the café are clean and tidy at alltimes;
• Support the kitchen with food service to ensure guestsreceive their food in a timely manner;
• Work at the coffee bar, creating coffees and hot drinks;
• Operate EPOS register system.
