Commis Chef Apprenticeship - The Half Moon Inn
We are passionate about serving quality, home cooked, traditional pub. All our dishes are prepared on site using only the finest, locally sourced meat, poultry, fish and dairy produce.
You duties will include:
· Assisting in the food preparation process.
· Cooking and preparing elements of high quality dishes using fresh local produce.
· Preparing vegetables, meats and fish.
· Assisting other Chefs.
· Helping with deliveries and restocking.
· Assisting with stock rotation
· Cleaning stations and kitchen areas
