Lurra focuses on cooking on the wood and charcoal grill, with inspiration drawn from the Basque Country. We are looking for a Demi Chef de Partie and Chef de Partie to join the team. If you have experience, are passionate about cooking, produce and you are looking to work in a professional kitchen and learn our methods then this may be the role for you.
The right applicant will need to be able to work seamlessly under pressure and maintain a positive and proactive attitude at all times. Energy and enthusiasm are a must.
