Food and Beverage Apprenticeship - Brend Hotels - Royal Duchy

The Royal Duchy Hotel was one of the first hotels set up in Falmouth over a hundred years ago. Today, it has a reputation as one of the top luxury hotels in Cornwall. Infact, in 2018 they became the only hotel in Falmouth to be given the award of 4 silver stars. It is part of the award winning Brend Hotel Group.

The Royal Duchy have a fantastic opportunity for a Food and Beverage Apprentice to join their team, learn the trade and work towards gaining a Level 2 Hospitality Team Member Qualification.

Duties will include:

Serving food

Setting up and clearing areas of table service

Dealing with customer enquiries

Complaints and special needs

Taking orders and payments

Learning all aspects of bar service

Wines and cellar work to include line cleaning, cellar operating procedures and deliveries
