eLearning Coordinator Apprentice - Connells Estate Agents

Responsibilities:

  • Have full responsibility for the administration requirementsof the department ensuring that all training events are booked and administeredeffectively.
  • Booking training rooms for all courses sufficiently inadvance of the events
  • Send joining instructions, new starter packs and otherpre-course materials to delegates and book individuals on to required courses
  • Maintaining and updating training records through ourlearning management system
  • Ordering or Printing training materials as requested by thetraining team
  • Compilation of training materials such as course handouts
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Uploading classroom training sessions as requested by thetraining team
  • Monitoring training requests and scheduling additionalcourses as required
  • General training administration
  • Booking travel and hotel accommodation for delegatesattending induction courses and for trainers where required
  • Act as an ambassador for the company and uphold Connellsbrand values
  • Ensure that as a key member of the training team understandsthe need to represent the department in an appropriate manner when dealing withinternal and external customers
  • Deliver the highest standard of customer care to allinternal departments and client groups
  • Provide necessary support to external training supplierswhere require
  • Proactively develop strong relationship with otherdepartments within Countrywide
  • Support the Head of Training and Development in theproduction of all regular and ad hoc reports as required
  • Responsible for compiling reports for Auditors, RegionalAdministration Managers and Senior Management to monitor consistent annualtesting and compliance
  • Monitor and record expenditure with external suppliers suchas printers, stationers, external training providers, caterers, hotels andvenue hire
  • Proactively flag any areas of concern to the Head of T&Dor training team with recommendations
  • Seek opportunities to contribute in order to develop selfand to meet current and future departmental goals.

Key Competencies and Attributes

  • Excellent knowledge of MS office particularly Word, Excel,Powerpoint and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems an advantage
  • Ability to learn and develop knowledge of new IT systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential
  • Good time management and personal organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and under own initiative
  • Ability to think on their feet
  • Good accuracy and attention to detail
  • Confident and able to communicate with employees at alllevels
  • The ability to prioritise in a busy and challengingenvironment
  • Enjoy working as part of a small dynamic team

Experience

Experience in administration is essential

Previous experience of working within a Training environmentis an advantage but not essential

Working hours are Mon-Fri 9-5.30
