Production Chef Apprenticeship - The Station Hotel

MINUMUM WAGE £5.25 INCREASING DEPENDENT ON AGE.

£8.91 per hour (Age 23 and over)

We are looking for a Trainee Chef required to join a busyteam developing a growing pub food menu!

You’ll be required to work 5 out of 7 days each week with arota that includes most weekends during busy periods. You’ll work with a highlyexperienced Chef-General Manager who leads the kitchen team of four.

Your main duties include:

  • Maintaining excellent standards of personal, food andkitchen hygiene
  • Ensuring compliance to procedures, menu specifications andrecipes
  • To produce food that meets portion controls, and budgetaryconstraints
  • Adapting and producing dishes to meet special dietary,religious and allergenic requirements
