Kitchen clean down

Raw product preparation

Progression over time through various stations from sweets, starters on to mains.

Daily shifts of 8 hours

We operate from breakfast to evening dining with breaks in service depending on day.

The site operate 7 days a week and shifts will be agreed with site Head chef.

Also gain experience of function preparation as we operate wedding/function venue in conjunction with the hotel/bar/restaurant….

20 days holiday

Pension scheme available upon qualifying criteria
