Level 2 Apprentice Pastry Production Chef, Cheltenham - The Patisserie Box
- Monday -Friday 7am -3.30 (with 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
- No bank holidays or weekends
- Chef whites provided (safety shoes must be worn but are not provided)
- 1 day a week for course work on or off site depending on requirements with external provider
- Learn how to work in a production kitchen, including basic skills like working cleanly and efficiently
- Cover all skills as required by apprenticeship scheme
