  • Monday -Friday 7am -3.30 (with 30-minute unpaid lunch break)
  • No bank holidays or weekends
  • Chef whites provided (safety shoes must be worn but are not provided)
  • 1 day a week for course work on or off site depending on requirements with external provider
  • Learn how to work in a production kitchen, including basic skills like working cleanly and efficiently
  • Cover all skills as required by apprenticeship scheme
