You will be responsible for informing the any senior member of the team of any malfunctioning or broken kitchen equipment. You will assist with all food preparation, whether it be vegetables, meats and fish etc, as well ensuring all deliveries are unpacked and organised in the relevant sections within the kitchen areas.

Duties include:

  • You will assist with the food preparation processes, whether this would be cooking or preparing vegetables, meats and fish, and ensure that the high quality dishes are maintained.
  • Signing for deliveries for the Kitchen, ensure that everything is correct on the order and restock the items in the relevant areas. You must ensure that all food items are stored correctly, to prevent spillage.
  • Assist other departments with ad-hoc duties, as and when required. - Always maintain high standards of food hygiene and follow the rules of health and safety.
  • Assist with stock rotation, to ensure that the stock isn’t going to waste and in line with profit margins.
  • Ensure all production will be carried out, in line with appropriate food portion control.


Dress code is professional chef attire and will be required to be worn at all times. Uniform will be provided.
